School of Bliss, LLC ("School of Bliss," "we," "us," or "our") provides coaching, educational content, and in-person retreat experiences for couples. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Coaching and retreat outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results from our programs, and testimonials reflect individual experiences rather than typical or guaranteed outcomes.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All payments toward the Program are non-refundable. The Program is intentionally structured around sustained commitment, including a demanding middle phase - much like the point in a marathon where the difficulty peaks and the temptation to stop is strongest, which is also where the most significant growth happens. Making a refund available at that point would create an incentive to quit rather than continue, working against what the Program exists to help you do. Your payment secures your place and supports the work itself; it is not refunded, in full or in part, regardless of whether you complete the Program, except as described below.
A note on the nature of this work: This Program is built around real transformation, not information delivery, and real transformation typically moves through a difficult middle stretch - a point where old patterns resist change and the way forward isn't yet visible. That difficulty isn't a sign the Program has failed; it's frequently where the most significant shifts happen. That's why "this isn't working" is never meant to be a private, silent decision - we've built an actual process for working through it together.
Retreat bookings follow this same non-refundable policy, since retreat spots involve venue, catering, and staffing commitments made on your behalf in advance. However, if we have enough time and are able to fill your spot, we will provide an opportunity to take a rain check and attend a retreat in the future.

If the you encounter a 'wall' in your progress in the program, contact our team directly. You and our team will hold at least two scheduled conversations (by phone or video), spread over a minimum of three weeks, during which you agree to make a genuine attempt at the alternate approaches we create together - this work is highly customizable, and most obstacles have more than one path through them. If, after completing this process, you and School of Bliss mutually agree the Program is not the right fit, we may issue a prorated refund reflecting the portion of the Program not yet delivered, at our discretion. Outside of this process, all payments remain non-refundable as stated above.
